When Hull FC announced their squad numbers tonight, one major name was absent from the first 17 numbers.
That man was Scott Taylor who, instead of the number 8, has chosen to have the number 30. And now he has explained why.
Taylor tweeted: “Very thankful for @hullfcofficial letting me pick jersey 30 for this season. Everything I dreamed of growing up playing super league came true in this number in 2009. Now wearing it for the club I love makes me proud! Chris @TCGroupUK my loyal sponsor thank you again.”
