Salford v Wakefield: 21-man squads and injury update

Salford and Wakefield have both announced their 21-man squads for Friday night’s round 12 fixture at the Halliwell Jones Stadium (KO 7:30pm).

The game was due to be played a couple of weeks ago before being postponed due to positive COVID-19 tests in the Red Devils’ camp.

While the disruption wasn’t ideal, Salford are now in their best form of the season so far with two wins from their last three, including a 70-18 thrashing of a youthful Castleford Tigers on Sunday.

Trinity, meanwhile, were unable to build on their surprise win over Wigan a few weeks back, with Chris Chester’s depleted side going down 30-14 at home to St Helens last Friday.
