Salford and Castleford have both announced their 21-man squads for Thursday afternoon’s fixture at Emerald Headingley Stadium (KO 8:15pm).
The game was originally due to be played at 2:30pm on Thursday, however following the postponement of Wakefield v Leeds after two Trinity players tested positive for Covid-19, it was pushed back to an evening kick-off.
Salford have arguably been in better form since the competition restart, racking up one win in two, while the Tigers have lost three from three.
The game marks the return of weekday rugby league, with fixtures now returning to Thursdays and Fridays for the first time since before the Covid-19 suspension.
