Salford have the unenviable task of hosting French side Catalans Dragons just days after a defeat to Warrington.
That loss left them 10th in the league and needing a win to turn things around.
They take on the side second in the league who will still be hurting after being dumped out of the cup just over a week ago.
Salford Red Devils
Salford welcome back Kallum Watkins for the first time in 2022 after an injury at the start of 2021 season ruled him out for nearly a year. The return of the three-time Super League winner is timely with Tim Lafai and Joe Burgess unavailable. Fortunately, Deon Cross is included in the 21 but there is still no Shane Wright or James Greenwood. There is a return for Morgan Escare after loans with Barrow and Wakefield.
