Salford Red Devils have announced that forward Jack Ormondroyd has signed a two-year contract extension that will see him remain at the club until the end of 2023.
Prop Ormondroyd arrived from Featherstone Rovers ahead of the 2020 campaign and has really cemented a regular spot in the team this season.
The 29-year-old has made 26 appearances for the Red Devils, scoring three tries.
Speaking on extending his stay at Salford, Ormondroyd said: “I’m really pleased to be staying at Salford for the next 2 years.
“We’ve got a good group of lads that I’ve enjoyed playing with this year, and I’ve managed to get quite a few games under my belt which I’m happy about.
“I’m looking forward to getting stuck into pre-season next year, and hopefully having a good season on the back of it.”
Director of rugby and operations Ian Blease added: “I’m really pleased to have Jack with us for another two years, I think his game has really improved this season and he’s been one of our most consistent players.
I’m looking forward to working with Jack more and watching him progress further into an even more reliable and talented member of the pack.”
