Saints confirm Percival injury

St Helens have confirmed centre Mark Percival will be out for several months after having to undergo surgery.
Percival was forced off during Saints’ 19-0 defeat at Warrington Wolves last week with a shoulder injury.
After having a scan, and seeking medical advice, Percival will now undergo minor surgery. A blow in the same day he signed a new five-year contract.
However, Saints boss Kristian Woolf did confirm at his press conference that Tommy Makinson, Kyle Amor, Morgan Knowles and Alex Walmsley are all in contention to face Hull FC on Sunday.
