Despite first-grade club competition being behind us until next year, there’s plenty more rugby league on TV this week to get your teeth into.
For early risers on Saturday, there’s Women’s Pacific Bowl action on Sky Sports Mix and Watch NRL, as Fiji face the Cook Islands at 7am UK time.
Then, through the same channels, you can watch the Men’s Pacific Bowl – with the same nations in action, starting at 9.10am.
At more sociable hours, it’s a return to action for England’s wheelchair team, who face France in a test match at 2:30pm, live on BBC iPlayer.
After seeing two of the best teams in the world face each other in that one, there’s further high-quality play in the small hours of Sunday morning.
New Zealand face Australia in the Women’s Pacific Cup at 2.35am on Sky Sports Mix and Watch NRL, before the men’s sides also face each other at 5.05am – so make sure you’ve got those early alarms set!
However, if you miss these games, you can watch England’s men’s team face Samoa in the first autumn test – which will be live on BBC Two, with a kick-off at 2.30pm.
Alternatively, you can head to the Brick Community Stadium in Wigan to watch it live, as Super League and NRL stars alike look to avenge the World Cup semi-final defeat in 2022.
That’s ahead of a men’s and women’s double-header at Headingley next week, where England Women face Wales before the men face off against Samoa again.
