Wigan Warriors and Hull FC have both named their sides for this Sunday’s pre-season fixture at the Brick Community Stadium,
The game will celebrate the testimonial of Wigan winger Liam Marshall, who is honoured for his incredible service to the Warriors side over the past decade.
Both clubs have gone strong in their selections, and it’s clear to see why with the competitive campaign beginning in just a week’s time.
Wigan will face Rochdale Hornets in the Challenge Cup before beginning their Super League season away at Castleford Tigers.
Hull, meanwhile, will take on Salford RLFC in the cup before welcoming Bradford Bulls to the MKM Stadium on their return to the top flight.
Preparations for those fixtures are almost over, with this warm-up game being the last pre-season fixture in the UK.

Wigan Warriors and Hull FC squads confirmed for pre-season clash
Wigan have named a 26-man squad for the contest, including the club’s latest recruit, Oliver Partington.
The forward returns to the Cherry and Whites after a swap deal was agreed between him and Kruise Leeming, who is now at Catalans Dragons.
Of the club’s starting 13, only Harry Smith and Brad O’Neill are not involved, whilst Abbas Miski is also not risked.
Smith is recovering from a wrist injury that required surgery after the Ashes series, but Peet is confident that his half-back will be fit for round one.
Hull FC have named six of their off-season recruits in the side, including Jake Arthur and Joe Batchelor who will make their first appearances in new colours.
Connor Bailey, Harvie Hill, Sam Lisone and Arthur Romano are also named, but those four already have experience in the jersey after featuring last weekend against Huddersfield Giants.
Overseas forward Ligi Sao will make his first appearance after 12 months following the ACL injury he picked up in the opening rounds of 2025.
