A former Castleford Tigers and Leeds Rhinos star has bee diagnosed with dementia, The Times has reported.
The 48-year-old will be one of the 250-strong former rugby league and union players who are set to sue their governing bodies. Read more here.

There has been a major bombshell on Hull KR halfback Mikey Lewis following last week’s win over Castleford Tigers.

Castleford Tigers and Hull FC are reportedly keeping tabs on a rival star, according to the Hull Daily Mail.
That man is Leeds Rhinos forward Alex Mellor who is out of contract at the end of 2022 and who has found his chances limited so far in 2022.
‘Perfect’ choice for Leeds
Hull FC halfback Luke Gale’s agent Craig Harrison – Show Me The Money UK – has had his say on who he thinks is the ‘perfect choice’ for the Leeds Rhinos job.
Gale, of course, used to play for the Rhinos as Harrison revealed his opinion on the Full Eighty Minutes podcast. Read more here.
