Super League is expected to have more foreign players involved than ever next season with changes being made to the overseas quota rule.
At present, clubs are allowed seven non-federation trained players on their books, but that will increase to 10 next year, with outfits being given more freedom to recruit from Down Under.
Some of those in the top flight have already been busy filling those spots, with Hull FC securing Sam Lisone from Leeds Rhinos and Liam Knight for another year, while Wakefield Trinity have announced three new arrivals from Australia, too.
Others, though, like Hull KR, already had next year planned out and aren’t expected to take on more overseas players than the seven they already have.
Of course, the salary cap remains the same and that limits the business clubs can do between now and the start of next season, but it wouldn’t be a surprise to see a raft of names from the NRL linked with Super League moves in the not too distant future
With that in mind, here’s a look at the 101 NRL players who remain off-contract as the end of the campaign draws nearer.
