It’s Friday night and there are two huge Super League games with the team news confirmed for both as Wigan Warriors host Warrington Wolves and Wakefield Trinity play St Helens.
Plenty of movement in the play-offs will happen tonight with St Helens either set to reclaim fourth spot in Super League or Wakefield Trinity will solidify their grip on the top six, harming Warrington’s slim hopes in the process.
Wire host Wigan with Sam Burgess’ side knowing they will likely have to win all seven of their final seven games in order to make the top six, whereas the visitors are just wanting to keep the pressure on Hull KR ahead of next week’s huge clash.
Matt Peet welcomed back Jai Field, Bevan French and Sam Walters to their 21-man squad and decisions on all three have now been confirmed, with a decision also made on Matt Dufty amid reports from All Out Rugby League that he had been stood down by Warrington Wolves.
The teams have also been selected for the other crunch game tonight over at the DIY Kitchens Stadium where Wakefield host St Helens.
