The referee appointments for Super League Rivals Round have been confirmed by the RFL, including the huge Good Friday games between Wigan Warriors v St Helens and Hull FC and Hull KR.
Round Eight of Super League has been dubbed as Rivals Round with some of the biggest rivalries in the competition on show, meaning there’s a possibility for games to boil over so the job of the referee will be a key one this week.
Among the derbies are two of the biggest on Good Friday, starting first with Hull FC against Hull KR before Wigan Warriors then host St Helens, with both games expecting to see crowds of over 20,000.
A third Friday game also takes place as Leeds host winless Huddersfield but all eyes will be on those two earlier games with the teams from first to fourth in the competition in action, in two of the biggest derbies in the sport.
