Super League referee appointments including St Helens v Leeds Rhinos and Castleford Tigers v Hull KR

The referee appointments for Round Fifteen of Super League have been confirmed, including the standout clash between St Helens and Leeds Rhinos.

Saints and Leeds face off on Friday night at the Totally Wicked Stadium in the game of the round as fifth-place hosts third with Paul Wellens likely to face more pressure should his side not win.

It will be a tough task though as they face one of the form teams in Super League with only Hull KR and Wigan Warriors on longer winning runs, the former of which play on Thursday.

KR travel to take on Cas whilst Wigan travel to Wakefield on Friday night in another intriguing game. Leigh Leopards make the trip to Catalans whilst Hull FC look to get back to winning ways against Salford on Sunday.

The Burgess brothers face off on Saturday as Warrington host Huddersfield, looking to recover after their Challenge Cup Final defeat.

All the referee appointments for the Round 15 Super League games have now been confirmed.

Who is in charge of this week’s Super League games?

The Moore brothers will work together on Thursday when Cas host Hull KR with Liam set to referee as Aaron serves as video referee, 24 hours before he takes charge of Wakefield versus Wigan. Tom Grant will be the video referee for that game.

Friday’s other game, the key clash between Saints and Leeds will see Jack Smith as the man in the middle with Liam Moore acting as video referee. Recent clashes between these sides have been marred with sin bins, including the controversial yellow card for Lewis Murphy at Magic Weekend.

Onto Saturday and James Vella takes charge of the Battle of the Burgess brothers with Jack Smith acting as video referee, whilst it’s Liam Rush and Chris Kendall who head to the South of France for the game between Catalans and Leigh.

Tom Grant is the referee for the final game of Super League Round 15, taking charge of Salford and Leigh with James Vella in support.
