Leigh Leopards

The team news is in for tonight’s two Super League matches, with Leigh Leoaprds making a call on full-back David Armstrong.

Leopards boss Adrian Lam revealed the club will be waiting until the day of the game to decide whether the Australian will feature in the first-team or in reserve grade, and they have opted to bleed him in gradually.

Armstrong, at the time of writing, is currently playing for Leigh’s reserves against Huddersfield Giants, in a curtain raiser before tonight’s Super League game and has marked his return with a try.

Kavan Rothwell is another who is featuring, with boss Lam revealing he has been close to a Super League debut, however injuries have kept delaying his maiden senior appearance.
