Phoenix club Salford RLFC have taken a major stride in their rebuilding process with season tickets officially going on sale, just over two weeks before the start of the upcoming Championship season.
The new Championship, a 21-team division after the merger with League One, will launch on Friday, January 16th with Salford RLFC hosting Oldham and there were understandable fears that game would not go ahead due to time restraints.
Salford RLFC have plenty to do with players, a coach and a kit all to sort, however, one thing that they have ticked off of their ‘to do list’ are season tickets.
The club took to social media to confirm that season tickets have been launched and are now available to purchase from their new club site.
New CEO Ryan Brierley penned the message with the club’s former captain explaining that this is one of the first steps to creating a “sustainable, exciting future for rugby league in Salford”.
Salford RLFC launch season tickets
Season tickers are only available for purchase online and the club have confirmed that no promotions such as early-bird pricing, seat reservations or direct debit options are available, all due to the speed at which the launch of tickets has had to happen.
Those who held season tickets in 2025 will receive a reduced renewal price, that is £35 cheaper for a standard adult season ticket.
Standard season tickets will go on sale at £205 for an adult with a season ticket granting fans access to all 12 home games in the upcoming Championship season.
It’s also been confirmed that gameday prices for home matches will be £23 for an adult, or £20 in advance, highlighting the value in a season ticket.
The club have also made it clear what value a season ticket brings them in their bid to rebuild with that cash arriving at the club and immediately making an impact.
A final message on the ticketing site paid tribute to the fans, reading: “Thank you for standing with us.
“Through every challenge, every change, and every step forward, your loyalty has never wavered. This club exists because of its supporters — the voices in the stands, the pride in the city, and the belief that Salford rugby league will rise again.
We cannot wait to welcome you back home, shoulder to shoulder, as we begin the next chapter.
“Together, we rise.”
