Rugby league fans rank Ryan Hall among Leeds Rhinos greats after 350th appearance

Leeds Rhinos winger Ryan Hall greets fans as rugby league fans share thoughts

One man who seems to be reaching a new milestone every week is Leeds Rhinos winger Ryan Hall, and rugby league fans have been sharing their thoughts on where he ranks amongst the very best.

In the Super League era, there’s no doubt that the Rhinos have produced some of the best players in the last thirty years, but is Hall one of them?

Whilst he did have a stint over in the NRL at Sydney Roosters as well as a four-year spell at Hull KR, Hall played his 350th game for Leeds in their 15-14 loss against Wakefield Trinity on Thursday night.

He’s Super League’s top tryscorer of all-time with 260 to date, although he hasn’t scored since the end of May, and there’s no doubt that he’s up there with the league’s greats.

Despite having a dip in form in recent weeks, he’s still one of Super League’s best carriers in 2025, averaging nearly 120 metres per game, and gaining around eight metres per carry; not bad for a 37-year-old!

However, do rugby league fans class him as one of their top three Super League era players for the Rhinos?

We’ve collated the best comments from our Facebook page and across social media.

Rugby league fans on where Ryan Hall sits amongst Leeds Rhinos legends

Mark Abbott: Top 5 maybe, behind Burrow, McGuire, Sinfield and Peacock.

RD Alan: He’s one of my favourite players of all time, and in his prime, he would get in any team in my opinion (Wakefield fan).

Ric Leaman: I’m going to say no, but that has more to do with the quality ahead of him, rather than any criticism of him!

Gary Wall: Probably not when you think of some of the players the Rhinos have had.

Philip Studholme: No, sorry, but certainly in the top 10.

Matthew Goodwill: In the top 5, wouldn’t go top 3 though, I don’t think.

Janette Barker: Absolutely!

Liam Dicko Dickinson: Top 5.
