London Broncos have launched their new badge with the Championship club unveiling their ‘bold rebrand’ following major investment.
That major investment has come from both sides of the world with former Leeds Rhinos supremo Gary Hetherington backing them and taking an off-field role, with money also coming from Australian business Grant Weschel.
Alongside Weschel is Australian rugby league royalty with Darren Lockyer part of the group involved in the new-look Broncos and with such backing, it’s no surprise that the capital club have been able to land a huge brand in Reebok as their sportswear partner for 2026.
London might not be in Super League in 2026 having been snubbed on the application process, however, they’re set to make waves in the Championship with the Broncos seemingly building for promotion in 2027.
Having already signed NRL names Siliva Havili and Reagan Campbell-Gillard, more recruits are expected to come with new head coach Jason Demetriou previously teasing that he might be able tor recruit some Papua New Guineans, given he coaches the Kumuls national team.
For now though, developments are off-field with the club confirming their new look for 2026.
London Broncos unveil new badge and kit sponsor as part of ‘bold rebrand’
It’s a rebrand that falls in line with the new sportswear deal with Reebok and fans will be eager to see the new kit as well, which is yet to be revealed.
What has been revealed is the club’s new logo which can be seen at the foot of the article with many fans likely to be pleased the club have retained the Broncos name and kept the image of a horse, albeit with a new font and the roman numerals MMXXV to signify this new era.
Grant Weschel said: “This is more than just a new badge and a new kit, it’s the start of a new chapter for the London Broncos.
“Reebok is an iconic name in world sport, and this partnership ensures our players, staff, and fans are part of something that looks and feels elite. It’s a statement of where this club is heading.”
Fellow co-owner Darren Lockyer added: “The rebrand and Reebok partnership show our intent to build a modern, professional, and commercially sustainable organisation. We’re creating a brand that all of London can be proud of, one that not only raises the Broncos’ profile but also elevates Rugby League’s profile in the nation’s capital.”
