Leeds Rhinos and Bradford Bulls have confirmed their line-ups for tonight’s Good Friday derby, and there has been a surprise call within the Leeds camp.
Chris Hankinson will feature in the back row, as he continues to show his versatility. he is part of a pack re-shuffle that sees Kallum Watkins move to 13 and Keenan Palasia drop down to the bench.
As stated by Arthur in mid-week, Harry Newman doesn’t get a place in the side, with Jack Bird keeping his centre spot after a strong showing last week.
Jarrod O’Connor starts the game with Levi amongst the substitutes. Presley Cassell is named at 18th man and still hasn’t been named in a Super League 17 for Leeds this season.
For the Bulls, Jayden Nikorima is out, though the reason for that is currently unknown. Chris Atkin slots in at stand-off, partnering Rowan Milnes.
Phoenix Steinwede continues on the bench after making his debut last week, whilst there are returns for Connor Wynne, who is a straight swap for Luke Hooley, whilst Mitch Souter and Zac Fulton also return.
