Leeds Rhinos become first Super League side to release 2026 home jersey

Leeds Rhinos

Leeds Rhinos have become the first team to reveal their new home kit for 2026, and as with any jersey released by a club, it will no doubt divide opinion.

Released ahead of their playoff tie with St Helens tonight, the Rhinos have released their ‘principal shirt’ for next year, and have gone slightly away from tradition, with the primary colour being a darker blue than what is normally associated with the Rhinos club.

Alongside the blue, Leeds often have a horizontal amber stripe across the chest, however this year they have elected to use the colour in vertical fashion, as bands of amber runs down the centre of the shirt.

Leeds Building Society remain as their primary sponsor, with their logo front and centre. The banking company have become synonymous with Rhinos jerseys, after being their principal sponsor for almost 20 years. What’s nice about this kit is they have integrated the sponsor within the design, and have faded the bands out either side of the logo rather than it being added on in front.

Rhinos fans will have to wait until next year to see the kit be used on a matchday. That may sound like an obvious statement, but Leeds have been known to use their shirt for the upcoming season in matches towards the end of that current year. Notably, they won the 2020 Challenge Cup in their 2021 home kit, as Luke Gale sealed the drop goal to give Leeds the victory over Salford Red Devils.
