Bradford Bulls head coach Kurt Haggerty has confirmed that there have been ‘no concerns’ presented to him regarding the club’s future in Super League, whilst also speaking on why the club offers so much to Super League.
Of course, Bradford have already been announced as one of the two teams heading to Las Vegas to represent Super League in 2027 with the Bulls forfeiting a home game to play Leigh Leopards, implying that they will certainly be in the top tier.
But with the season entering it’s final third and the talk of IMG points rising once again, Haggerty has confirmed that the club have no concerns on that front.
He admitted: “I leave that to the club, I leave that to the board of directors, I leave that to the CEO, Jason Hirst, who are all very due diligence and fantastic at the numbers and everything we need to do to pass all the scores.
“Ultimately there’s no concern that’s been brought forward to me.”

Bradford Bulls’ Super League value laid out
Haggerty also spoke about how much value he felt Bradford had brought to Super League in their first season back in over 10 years, with the Bulls fans of yesteryear streaming back to awaken the sleeping giant.
“You look at the game at the weekend over at Huddersfield, I think there was probably more Bulls fans in the stadium than there was Huddersfield fans,” he said of last weekend’s away win over the Giants.
“The noise they make every week, no matter where we’ve been, shows that this club needs to be in the Super League.
“It shows that this club is a big club that is striving to be big again and quickly, so in regards to a club like ours, the positives of us being back in the Super League, the fan base we have, the size of the club and how quickly and how impatiently we want success.”
Signing such as Sam Eseh as well as new deals for their standout stars from this year like Joe Mellor and Ryan Sutton also point to the club’s ambition, with even more recruits expected to be confirmed in the coming weeks.
