Here is a round-up of everything that has happened…

Hodgson on Reynolds

Hull FC head coach Brett Hodgson has told Hull Live why Josh Reynolds and Jordan Lane have not been included in his 21-man squad for tonight’s game against Leeds Rhinos.

Hodgson said: “Both of the boys picked up niggles and it’s difficult to evaluate on a four-day turnaround this week so unfortunately they’re not available.”

Ward’s new coaching role

Former London Broncos head coach Danny Ward has found a new coaching role, which may surprise a few people.

Ward played for Leeds Rhinos, Castleford Tigers and Hull KR as a player, but looks to have made a new home. Read more on his job here.

Dugan and Norman reject

Ex-NRL stars Josh Dugan and Corey Norman have rejected a potential move to a UK based club, Serious About Rugby League has revealed.

Connor award

Hull FC’s Jake Connor has been handed an award in recognition of his great play in recent weeks, the Hull website has revealed.

Despite his good form, it wasn’t enough to earn a place in Shaun Wane’s 30-man England squad last week. Read more here.

Wakefield Trinity have made a huge gesture to the local area ahead of their fixture against Toulouse Olympique tomorrow night.

Eastmond’s shock new career

Former Leeds Rhinos and St Helens star Kyle Eastmond has found a new career – and it’s one that might come as a surprise, the Daily Mail has reported.

Eastmond played just three games for Leeds in 2021 after joining from rugby union and quit because his ‘heart was no longer in it.’ Read more on his new career here.

Koukash tease

Marwan Koukash has given a bold prediction of this weekend’s Super League fixtures after teasing a shock rugby league return.

The former Salford Red Devils owner has been speculating about a move back to the sport after leaving back in 2019. Read more here.

Wigan Warriors head coach Matt Peet has provided the latest news on Bevan French after the fullback travelled with the club to France.

Leeds head coach Richard Agar also spoke – in his pre-match press conference – about some huge news concerning centre Harry Newman.

Salford Red Devils fullback Morgan Escare has found a new club after being allowed to leave the AJ Bell Stadium on a loan.

Former Castleford Tigers hero Rangi Chase has broken his silence about his drug use and two rugby league bans.

Leeds Rhinos legend Barrie McDermott has took to Twitter to show his displeasure on the rising bans in rugby league at present.
