Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos predicted Las Vegas line-ups with Willie Peters set to make Dean Hadley call

Hull KR and Leeds Rhinos are set to play in one of the biggest games in Super League history, as the sides face off in Las Vegas on Saturday.

Both sides have embarked on their journeys with Hull KR setting of on Sunday, whilst Leeds departed on Monday.

The pair will meet in what is the second consecutive Super League fixture to take place in the Sin City, following Warrington Wolves and Wigan Warriors’ battle last year.

The game forms part of the NRL-led event, where four teams will kick off the Australian competition stateside for a third year running.

Some of the squad news has already been confirmed, and with that in mind, here is how both sides are expected to line-up on Saturday afternoon.

Hull KR v Leeds Rhinos predicted line-ups:

Hull KR team news:

KR are yet to reveal which players have made the trip, with the biggest question mark in the squad being forward Dean Hadley.

The World Club Challenge winner suffered a fractured eye socket in the victory over Brisbane, and it is unclear whether he has made the plane.

Should he not be able to compete, Rhyse Martin will come into the starting side, leaving a place for an extra forward on the bench.

One man who won’t feature this weekend is full-back Arthur Mourgue, who suffered a pectoral injury in the trophy win. The Frenchman left the field during that tie, meaning Mikey Lewis was forced to switch to full-back, Jez Litten went to the halves and Karl Lawton played at hooker.

He is set to be replaced by former Leeds man Jack Broadbent, who can fill in at a number of positions across the backs, and was extremely unlucky to miss out on last year’s Grand Final win.

Tom Amone made his KR debut in the win over Brisbane, and his second outing in a Robins jersey is another huge game. After scoring less than 10 minutes into his debut, the former Leigh man will be hoping to achieve something similar against the Rhinos.

Hull KR predicted side: Jack Broadbent, Tom Davies, Peta Hiku, Oliver Gildart, Joe Burgess; Mikey Lewis, Tyrone May; Sauaso Sue, Jez Litten, Tom Amone; Rhyse Martin, James Batchelor, Elliot Minchella.

Bench: Karl Lawton, Jai Whitbread, Sam Luckley, Jack Brown

Leeds Rhinos team news:

The Rhinos have confirmed their travelling squad, and are taking 21 players across the pacific, including reigning Man of Steel Jake Connor, who returned from injury in last week’s victory over York Knights.

The 17 that took to the field in the home win, as well as Ash Handley, Tom Nicholson-Watton, George Brown and Ben Littlewood are all in with a chance of featuring at Allegiant Stadium, with Handley’s fitness the key headline from the squad.

The centre is yet to feature in a competitive game this year, and will have to prove his fitness to Brad Arthur and his staff if he wants to be selected. Should he be deemed unavailable, Chris Hankinson will slot into the three-quarters, as he has done since his arrival from Salford Red Devils.

Leeds Rhinos predicted side: Lachie Miller, Maika Sivo, Harry Newman, Ash Handley, Ryan Hall; Brodie Croft, Jake Connor; Tom Holroyd, Danny Levi, Cooper Jenkins, Kallum Watkins, James McDonnell, Keenan Palasia

Bench: Jarrod O’Connor, Ethan O’Neill, Cameron Smith, Jeremiah Mata’utia
