Harry Newman returns but Wigan lose skipper as Leeds Rhinos, Wigan Warriors and Wakefield Trinity reveal round 11 squads

Wigan Warriors v Leeds Rhinos is one of two games to take place on Friday night, and the team news for both those ties has been revealed.

The Rhinos will make their first change to a matchday 17 in six weeks, highlighting how consistent and healthy their squad is.

Jack Bird will miss the next two matches after undergoing a knee clean out, meaning Harry Newman returns and takes his place in the inital 21.

That is the one of two changes for Leeds this week, who will look to keep their place at the top of Super League.

Ethan O’Neill has joined Hull FC on a month’s loan, meaning he comes out of the 21.

Wigan Warriors 21-man squad: Jai Field, Zach Eckersley, Adam Keighran, Jake Wardle, Harry Smith, Ethan Havard, Brad O’Neill, Luke Thompson, Junior Nsemba, Liam Farrell, Kaide Ellis, Sam Walters, Patrick Mago, Oliver Partington, Jack Farrimond, Sam Eseh, Tom Forber, Kian McDermott, Taylor Kerr, Lukas Mason, Noah Hodkinson, George Marsden

The other game on Friday sees Wakefield Trinity host Catalans Dragons, as Daryl Powell’s side looks to get back to winning ways following two straight defeats.

Trinity welcome back three players, as forward trio Seth Nikotemo, Isaiah Vagana and Jazz Tevaga all return.

The Dragons are yet to name their squad for Friday’s fixture.
