Here is a round-up of everything that has happened…

Hodgson questions and Radford’s response

Hull FC head coach Brett Hodgson has questioned the mentality of his side after they fell to a 33-26 defeat to Castleford Tigers yesterday.

Hock’s new career

Former Wigan Warriors and Salford Red Devils forward Gareth Hock has taken on a surprising new career at 38 years old.

Pryce and NRL speculation

Huddersfield Giants head coach Ian Watson has responded to speculation that star Will Pryce could be heading for the NRL, League Express has revealed.

Watson said: “He’s contracted for another two years and we have no intention of letting him go anywhere.”

Hall’s horror injury

Ryan Hall was on the receiving end of a horror blow in Friday night’s Hull KR defeat to St Helens.

The former Leeds Rhinos winger shared the awful-looking injury on his Instagram after stating “rugby league is the winner.” Read more here.

Castleford Tigers centre Mahe Fonua has told fans to stay patient with new head coach Lee Radford, League Express has reported.

 

Marshall’s ‘saved’ career

League Express reported that Shaun Wane has said that new Wigan Warriors head coach ‘saved’ Liam Marshall’s career.

 

New England allegiance?

Fox Sports has revealed that one NRL star could well play for England after qualifying through his parents.

In the past, the likes of Rangi Chase and Maurie Fa’asavalu have changed allegiances to England after previously representing another country. Read more here.

Dislocated and fractured ankle

Another forward has been hit with a devastating injury blow after the weekend’s rugby league after succumbing to a broken and dislocated ankle.

SL clubs on red alert

The Daily Telegraph has revealed that a New Zealand Warriors star has put Super League and NRL clubs on red alert after his agent spoke out against the club not giving him a new deal.

The Warriors man looks to be on his way out of the club and there is definitely interest. Read more here.

Wane talks with Hull trio

Shaun Wane revealed on Sky Sports during his time as a guest pundit in Warrington Wolves’ loss to Catalans Dragons on Friday night, that he has held talks with a Hull trio about England places.

Those players are Luke Gale, Jake Connor and Josh Griffin. Read what Wane said to them here.

Clark reacts

Warrington Wolves hooker Daryl Clark has reacted to Warrington Wolves’ loss to Catalans Dragons after that was a milestone game for the number 9.

Clark registered 300th career appearance, but he revealed his frustration at Warrington’s loss. Read more here.

Brisbane Broncos halfback Adam Reynolds had been dealt a major blow ahead of his debut for the club against South Sydney Rabbitohs.
