Brown’s Warrington claims

Warrington Wolves haven’t been pulling up trees in 2022 with a number of high profile departures as well as signings.

The brother of former Wakefield, Huddersfield and Featherstone forward Danny Kirmond has been tragically killed.

Eddie and Stevo are well known for their outlandish opinions, so with Salford Red Devils assistant Danny Orr leaving the club, they revealed their own thoughts on where he may end up.

Angry fan BREAKS IN

An angry fan broke in to a commentary box at the weekend before hurling a spate of abuse at those inside, West Yorkshire Radio Rugby League revealed live on air.

The commentator himself recently laughed about the incident, but described its scariness at the time. Read more here.

Burgess’ surprising deal

Former Wigan Warriors star George Burgess is currently in rehab following an admission of an addiction.

However, the Sydney Morning Herald has revealed a surprising deal for Burgess. Read more here.

Hull FC exit

There has been another exit at Hull FC after an injury crisis prompted an out-of-contract player to return.

It remains to be seen where this player’s future lies beyond 2022. Read more here.

Wakefield redevelopment

Wakefield Trinity are now well on their way in redeveloping Belle Vue after closing the East Stand and demolishing it, Yorkshire Live has reported.

Trinity chairman John Minards said: ““From building the frame, to filling it in, and completing all the facilities at the back of the stand and underneath it will take just under a year from now.”

Norman rejects UK club

Toulouse Olympique halfback star Corey Norman almost joined a UK club.

Hoy wants future move

New Hull FC signing Tex Hoy has spoken to the Canberra Times about a future move.

Hoy will be moving to Hull FC for 2023, but has already revealed his future desire. Read more here.

Fev star’s horrendous injury

Rugby league players are known for being as tough as teak, but a Featherstone Rovers star took this to the extreme at the weekend.

Having to go to Pinderfields, the Rover showed a horrendous facial injury sustained in a win over Widnes Vikings. Read more here.

Bans and reasons why

Yesterday, the Disciplinary Match Review Panel revealed its latest charges for players to be banned after the weekend’s Super League action. Read more here.

Watts and Welsby

Castleford Tigers’ Liam Watts faces his FIFTH suspension of 2022 so far and you can find out why. Read more here.

Channel 4 viewing figures

Channel 4 exclusively revealed its viewing figures for St Helens’ clash with Castleford Tigers on Sunday.
