Former Salford Red Devils stars come together as line-up announced for ex-teammate’s ‘no filter’ testimonial event

A number of former Salford Red Devils stars will be in attendance for Brad Singleton’s ‘no filter’ testimonial event later this month.

Singleton, who made his Super League debut with Leeds in 2011, has been granted the celebration for services to the game, with the first of his planned events taking place in a fortnight’s time.

He, along with some of his former Red Devils teammates, will host a ‘no holds barred’ Q&A session to discuss the ongoings of the club across 2025, letting fans into details they may not have been accustomed to at the time.

Chris Irwin, the former CEO of the club and an unsuccessful consortium leader for the phoenix club will also be there on the night, with plenty eager to see what he has to say on the situation as a whole.

Confirming the players attending so far on X, formerly Twitter, Singleton revealed that St Helens’ Shane Wright, Castleford’s Chris Atkin, Barrow’s Joe Bullock and Leeds duo Kallum Watkins and Chris Hankinson will all be there in support of the event.

The night will be hosted by former Super League prop and current pundit Kyle Amor, with former Man of Steel and Salford hero Jackson Hastings rounding off the strong line-up so far.

The event will take place at Salford Roosters RLFC, on January 17, one day after Salford RLFC, the phoenix club led by Mason Caton-Brown and Ryan Brierley, take to the field for the very first time against Oldham RLFC.

Singleton, who is now a member of Castleford’s squad after moving to the club in March, will also have a testimonial fixture against Leeds the day after the event, as they welcome the Rhinos to the Onebore Stadium on January 18.
