Fantasy Super League will return in 2026, meaning that fans are now able to draft their own sides and compete with others on how well they know their rugby league.
Whilst it’s fair to say the fantasy league has had it’s flaws over the years, the new campaign has seen the site have a fresh rebrand, updated teams and a clean new look.
The fantasy game is such a good way of keeping fans entertained, and we can but hope that the game continues to work across the season.
With the new game coming out, we have decided to take a look at the best players from each club – the ones that will cost you the most money if you want to select them!
Four players have a maximum value of 170k, no prizes for guessing who those are…
Serious About Rugby League has created our own Super League Fantasy League. You can join by using the pin code 12433 and the password SARL2026. Join our league here.
Every Super League club’s highest valued players on Fantasy Super League
Bradford Bulls:
The newly-promoted side have three players tied for top spot, those are Ryan Sutton, Jayden Nikorima and Esan Marsters – each of whom will cost you 120k from your 2.1 million budget.
Castleford Tigers:
New recruit Blake Taaffe joins half-back Daejarn Asi as the highest rated Castleford players at 130k. Asi’s half-back partner, Tom Weaver, has been priced at just 50k – a real bargain option if you are looking for a cheap playmaker!
Catalans Dragons:
There is a theme developing here, and it is that half-backs, or playmakers, are the ones that tend to cost the most. That continues here as Perth Bears-bound Toby Sexton sits atop of Catalans’ most valuable players with a price of 150k. Lewis Dodd, Nick Cotric and Charlie Staines follow closely behind at 140k.
Huddersfield Giants
Giants wonderkid George Flanagan Jr is priced at 130k, making him the most expensive Huddersfield player. It would be a risk to choose him though, as Niall Evalds will no doubt be battling him for a place in the starting 13.
Six players are valued at 120k, those are – Jacob Gagai, Adam Swift, Tui Lolohea, Joe Greenwood, Zac Woolford and Harry Rushton.
Hull FC:
Full-back Will Pryce joins Herman Ese’ese on 150k, both of whom will be influential if the Black and Whites are to have success this year. Ese’ese is actually ranked at the joint-highest-rated prop in the game, though he will be missing for the first part of the season as he recovers from injury.
Hull KR:
Treble-winners Hull KR boast the first 170k player, and it is of course, Mikey Lewis. The England international is joined by Jez Litten (160k) and Elliot Minchella (150k) as the Robins’ most expensive talents.
Leeds Rhinos:
Man of Steel Jake Connor is the second 170k player. Lachie Miller and Brodie Croft are next on the Rhinos’ list, with the Aussie pair priced at 160k and 150k respectively.
Leigh Leopards:
PNG duo Lachlan Lam and Edwin Ipape share the award for most valuable at Leigh, with the pair priced at 160k. Full-back David Armstrong is labelled as a 150k player, whilst forward Owen Trout will cost you 140k.
St Helens:
The Saints have three players who are their most expensive. Jackson Hastings, Tristan Sailor and Jack Welsby will all cost 160k – will you be picking any of those in your side?
Toulouse Olympique:
The French outfit’s full-back, Olly Ashall-Bott is named as their most valuable, with a price of 120k. Four players – Paul Ulberg, Paul Marcon, Tyler Dupree, Joe Cator, Anthony Marion are priced at 110k.
Wakefield Trinity:
England international Mike McMeeken joins Herman Ese’ese as the most expensive prop in the game – and he is the highest valued of all Trinity players. Half-back Mason Lino (140k), Tom Johnstone and Caius Faatili (both 130k) follow closely behind.
Warrington Wolves:Â
England international duo Matty Ashton and George Williams are both priced at 160k. Ashton is set to be back in the side as early as round one, after recovering from an ACL injury.
Wigan Warriors:
Wigan hold the final two 170k players, with Bevan French and Jai Field taking those spots to nobody’s surprise. Testimonial man Liam Marshall, as well as Jake Wardle, Harry Smith and Junior Nsemba all cost 150k.
York Knights:
New recruit Paul Vaughan joins the Knights in what is their first season in Super League. The former State of Origin prop is priced at 130k, the highest of all York players. Veteran winger Ben Jones-Bishop is second on the list at a price of 120k.
