A London Broncos star and a former Super League playmaker were two of six players to be handed bans after the latest round of Championship action.
It was a round that was packed with one-sided games but one that game that was far closer than many expected saw London Broncos fight back from 16-6 down to beat Doncaster in a top of the table affair.
One of the Broncos’ key men has since been banned with NRL recruit Siliva Havili handed a two-match ban for foul and abusive language toward a match official, meaning he will miss games against Midlands Hurricanes and the 1895 Cup quarter-final against Doncaster.
Bans at Championship level are always moved forward a week due to the disciplinary news coming late in the week, so Havili will be able to play against Goole Vikings this weekend before his ban begins.
Also charged in that game was former Hull FC man and current Doncaster outside back Mitieli Vulikjapani with the Fijian handed a Grade C charge for dangerous contact.

Championship and reserves disciplinary wrap results in several bans
Former Super League man Danny Addy was also banned with the ex-Bradford Bulls and Hull KR man shown red against Rochdale Hornets and subsequently banned for two matches.
That red card has actually saved him from a three-match ban as it took his charge from 18 points to 17, with the RFL laws being that penalty points are removed from charges when red cards are shown as a player has already served some form of immediate punishment.
The same applied to Jamie Dallimore, however, the Rochdale man had points on his record already meaning the red card reduction was not enough to save him from a three-match ban as he too was charged 17 points but for a headbutt, instead of punching.
Dallimore’s teammate Dylan Kelly Duffy was another to be handed a Grade E charge, albeit for a dangerous throw, meaning he too is banned for three matches.
Others to be banned included ex-Bradford man David Foggin-Johnston, handed a Grade D charge for head contact whilst Huddersfield Giants’ reserve team player Wladimar Matahwa landed the same charge but for dangerous contact instead.
Wigan Warriors had Mia Atherton handed a Grade B charge for head contact in the club’s 112-0 Challenge Cup win over London Broncos.
