The draw details for the Challenge Cup semi-finals have been confirmed including when and where, as well as who will conduct the draw.
Tonight (Friday, 10th April) is the first of four quarter-finals with St Helens hosting Catalans Dragons, with two more games played on Saturday and the fourth and final quarter-final played on Sunday.
That Sunday game will be played between Wakefield Trinity and Wigan Warriors with the match aired on BBC One, kicking off at 1:00 pm.
It’s now been confirmed that the draw for the semi-finals will take place at half-time of that game with footballing icon Chris Kamara conducting the draw alongside Leeds Rhinos legend Jamie Peacock, a four-time winner of the Challenge Cup.
Of course, we will know three of the four semi-finalists at the time of the draw being made whilst we may have an inkling as to who could be the fourth team, depending on the half-time score between Wakefield and Wigan.
Ball numbers will be confirmed on Saturday evening after the conclusion of the third quarter-final between Warrington Wolves and Leigh Leopards.
Whilst Wakefield’s clash with Wigan is one of just two games aired on the BBC, all four quarter-finals are available to watch with the remaining two games, including tonight’s, available to watch pay-per-view on Super League+ at a cost of £7.99 per match or £12.99 for both games.
