The match officials have been confirmed for the last 16 of the Challenge Cup, with ties including Wakefield Trinity v Leeds Rhinos.
Eight matches will take place this weekend, with the winner in each contest progressing to the quarter-finals of the tournament, which will take place in April.
Experienced Super League official Chris Kendall will take charge of his first game of 2026 after missing the opening month through injury. He will take charge of the tie between York Knights and Keighley Cougars on Saturday.
Two ties kick-off the action on Friday night, as Wigan Warriors host Bradford Bulls and Trinity welcome the Rhinos to Belle Vue. Jack Smith will have the whistle in Wigan, whilst Liam Rush oversees the West Yorkshire derby.
On Saturday, the remaining games are played, including St Helens’ away tie with Castleford Tigers. Aaron Moore will be in the middle of that one, whilst Marcus Griffiths takes charge of the game between Huddersfield Giants and Hull KR.
Goole Vikings will play Warrington Wolves for the first time in the club’s history, in a game officiated by Tara Jones, who becomes the first female referee to officiate in a match that features a Super League club.
James Vella will head to Perpignan to referee the game between Catalans Dragons and Oldham RLFC, whilst Tom Grant takes charge of the tie between Leigh Leopards and Hull FC.
Crucially, what differs in this round is that there will be no video referee in any of the matches, due to the different regulations between Super League and the Cup.
