Catalans Dragons and Hull KR head into their fixture with both sides looking to bounce back from defeats in Super League last week.
Rovers still remain at the top of the table with a two-point buffer over second-placed Wigan Warriors, but two losses in a row against Leeds Rhinos and Leigh Leopards could easily derail their season if they let it.
However, the Dragons have little to play for, sitting seven points adrift of the play-off places, meaning they’ll probably have to go unbeaten if they want to make the top six.
Following the squad news from earlier in the week, here’s how we think Catalans Dragons and Hull KR will line up on Saturday night.
Catalans Dragons v Hull KR predicted teams
Catalans Dragons predicted line-up
Dragons’ interim boss Joel Tomkins has four big-name players to add to his starting line-up to face Hull KR.
Ben Garcia is back following a four-match ban and will probably slot straight into the second row alongside fellow returnee Tariq Sims.
Theo Fages and Arthur Romano also return to the Catalans line-up in the halves and centres respectively.
Fages and Luke Keary haven’t had the best season as a duo so far, and it seems unfair that Cesar Rouge would miss out as he’s been a bright spark in Catalans’ attack.
However, Fages and Keary would add some much-needed experience and hopefully direction in attack against a very tight Hull KR defence.
Catalans Dragons predicted XIII: Guillermo Aispuro-Bichet, Tommy Makinson, Matthieu Laguerre, Arthur Romano, Nick Cotric, Luke Keary, Theo Fages, Chris Satae, Alrix Da Costa, Tevita Pangai Jr, Tariq Sims, Ben Garcia, Oliver Partington.
Interchanges: Romain Navarrete, Paul Seguier, Julian Bousquet, Denive Balmforth.
Hull KR predicted line-up
The Robins have star halfback Mikey Lewis back in the side, following his failed HIA against Leeds Rhinos two weeks ago.
He’ll slot straight back into the number six role, as Jez Litten and Danny Richardson are now out with a failed HIA and lower leg injury, respectively.
Rhyse Martin was included in last week’s squad to face Leigh Leopards but didn’t play. It’s likely that he will be added to the matchday line-up to face Catalans Dragons.
It’s likely that head coach Willie Peters will select a forward-heavy bench. However, Dean Hadley could slot in a hooker or loose forward if required.
Hull KR predicted XIII: Arthur Mourgue, Tom Davies, Peta Hiku, Jack Broadbent, Joe Burgess, Mikey Lewis, Tyrone May, Sauaso Sue, Michael McIlorum, Jared Waerea-Hargreaves, Rhyse Martin, James Batchelor, Elliot Minchella.
Interchanges: Jai Whitbread, Dean Hadley, Sam Luckley, Kelepi Tanginoa.
