Castleford Tigers take on Hull KR at the Jungle on Thursday looking to back up their impressive win over Rovers’ rivals Hull FC.
Danny McGuire’s side registered just their fourth win of the season as they beat Hull FC 22-14 on Friday night in West Hull, whilst the Robins had their own success over in the other side of the city.
Hull KR won 68-6 against Catalans Dragons as they celebrated their Challenge Cup win but they’ll have to avoid a possible adrenaline dump when facing the Tigers, especially at the Jungle.
These sides met in Round One of Super League with the game going to golden point as Mikey Lewis slotted the winner to make it 19-18 and spare the Robins’ blushes.
That tally of 18 points is second only to Wigan Warriors for the most scored against Willie Peters’ side in 2025, so Castleford will take plenty of inspiration, especially after last week’s win.
The team news for both sides has now been confirmed for Thursday night’s Round 15 Super League meeting.
