Here is a round-up of everything that has happened…

Williams’ problem

Warrington Wolves star halfback George Williams has revealed some potentially troubling news.

The number seven was expected to be at a media call yesterday, but his club Warrington revealed he was absent for this reason. Read more here.

Saints continue rebuild

St Helens have continued their mightily impressive retention and recruitment period with yet another brilliant deal.

Lingard’s SL ambition

Batley Bulldogs head coach Craig Lingard is doing a wondrous job with the West Yorkshire club and has revealed to Examiner Live that he wants to coach in Super League.

Lingard said: “I’ve always said that my aim is to coach at the highest level possible. I also believe that every coach has a certain shelf life at a club, so generally you’ve got five seasons maximum and it’s rare that a coaching tenure goes beyond that.”

Price’s huge coaching role

Former Warrington Wolves head coach Steve Price has taken on a huge new coaching role, according to Fox Sports.

The current Cronulla Sharks assistant enjoyed four years at Warrington. Read more here.

Bottles thrown

St Helens are set to launch quick action against a perpetrator that launched a bottle at Leeds Rhinos’ James Bentley, according to the St Helens Star.

It happened as Bentley was sinbinned in Leeds’ heavy defeat to Saints last Thursday. Read more here.

Cas fail to land Wire star

Sky Sports pundit Jon Wells revealed over the weekend in a live game on Sky Sports that Castleford Tigers had missed out on signing a Warrington Wolves man.

Bans, bans and bans

A Leeds Rhinos star is facing a potential five-match ban following the weekend’s loss to St Helens. Read more here.

He is not the only Rhino to be punished, though, with his teammate speaking out after being deemed to have used ‘aggressive language.’ Read more on his teammate speaking out.

More banned

A Castleford Tigers man has also been banned following his side’s win over Catalans Dragons at the weekend.

That being said, a St Helens man has avoided a ban despite a shoulder charge. Read more as to why the Castleford man has been banned but the Saints man hasn’t here.

Warrington and Salford miss out on signing

Serious About Rugby League has exclusively revealed that Warrington Wolves and Salford Red Devils missed out on a big signing.

The signing would have strengthened both teams, though it was probably one for the past. Read more here.

Trueman’s destination revealed

Live on Sky Sports on Sunday afternoon, pundit Brian Carney was discussing halfbacks and Jake Trueman’s future.

In and amongst that, the former Irish international winger revealed Trueman’s destination for 2023. Read more here.

SL fixture rearranged

An important Super League fixture has been rearranged for the end of July.

Two SL clubs in for Leutele

When Sky Sports pundit Brian Carney was analysing Huddersfield Giants’ big win over Hull KR on Sunday, he let something slip.

The Super League attendances from the weekend’s games have been revealed with Wigan Warriors and St Helens impressing.

Wigan Warriors caused a bit of controversy at the weekend when they revealed their 150-year mishmash celebration.

The overwhelming majority of images depicted were positive, but one stood out amongst all that concerning Ben Flower and the 2014 Grand Final. Read more here.
