Here is a round-up of everything that has happened…

Dwyer speaks

Leeds Rhinos hooker Brad Dwyer has spoken for the first time since being linked with a move to Super League rivals.

He talked to the Rhinos’ YouTube channel about the current situation under Rohan Smith. Read more here.

Inglis returns

Former Warrington Wolves star Greg Inglis has returned to his former side, according to Fox Sports.

Inglis, of course, had an ill-fated spell at the Halliwell Jones Stadium a year ago. Read more here.

Wakefield man to leave

According to Sky Sports pundit Jenna Brooks, a Wakefield Trinity player is set to leave and join Super League rivals.

A number of Wakefield players are out of contract at the end of 2022. Read more here.

The likes of Joe Lovodua, Frankie Halton and Deon Cross have been included in Hull Live’s ‘Surprise Packages of 2022’ article.

Others also include Huddersfield Giants duo Tui Lolohea and Olly Russell.

Potential signings

Serious About Rugby League have recently done a feature list of potential signings for Super League clubs with St Helens the next in line. Read more here.

Ex-Cas and Leeds man’s dementia

A former Castleford Tigers and Leeds Rhinos star has spoken to ITV about living with dementia at just 48 years old.

He also revealed that he will be suing the RFL and has revealed why. Read more here.

TEN NRL stars on SL wishlist

As many as ten NRL stars have been put on Super League clubs’ wishlist according to the Daily Telegraph.

Clubs such as Canterbury Bulldogs, St George Illawarra Dragons and Brisbane Broncos could face an exodus. Read more here.

A Super League player was involved in a ‘freak accident’ that almost ended his rugby league career.

Serious About Rugby League has revealed that Corey Norman may not have made it to Toulouse Olympique had he have taken a job offer at another UK club.

Brough’s new role

Former Wakefield Trinity, Hull FC and Huddersfield Giants star Danny Brough has told Serious About Rugby League about his new coaching role.

The halfback left the game at the end of 2021. Read more here.

Robinson on Field

Wigan Warriors legend Jason Robinson has made a claim about Jai Field in the Manchester Evening News.

Robinson said: ““Jai Field? Deary me. He’s done some absolutely amazing things. It’s worth the admission money alone just going to watch him at the moment as he is on fire.”

Watson for NRL?

Huddersfield Giants playmaker Tui Lolohea has backed his boss, Ian Watson, to make it as a coach in the NRL according to Yorkshire Live.

Lolohea said: “I genuinely think he could do a gig in the NRL and be great. He’s so clever as a coach, he invests a lot of time into the game non-stop and he’s been a saviour for me personally. I can’t overstate how grateful I am to him.”
