Rugby league agent reveals Castleford Tigers ‘have made a few great signings’

May 1 has been and gone which means that the rumour mill is going into overdrive concerning where players will land in 2023.

Amongst those already seen, Sam Kasiano and Gil Dudson will join Warrington Wolves whilst Tom Johnstone is being heavily linked with a move to Catalans Dragons.

For rugby league agent, Craig Harrison of Show Me The Money UK, he has revealed that these past few weeks have been the busiest for a number of years as some Super League clubs tie up big deals.

“It’s crackers, it’s been my busiest week in four years,” Harrison said on the Show Me The Money Rugby League podcast.

“I managed to get nine deals done and probably six or seven with the wheels are turning.

“A lot of moves are happening – Cas have made a few great signings, Hull KR and Huddersfield too and there’s been plenty of renewals.”

Castleford Tigers, of course, have been linked with moves for Leeds Rhinos starlet Jack Broadbent as well as Wakefield Trinity halfback Jacob Miller as head coach Lee Radford attempts to put his own stamp on the squad inherited from Daryl Powell.

Powell himself has begun his own recruitment crusade at the Halliwell Jones Stadium with Kasiano and Dudson as well as Wests Tigers forward Thomas Mikaele.
