Rochdale have confirmed the signing of young back rower Jordan Syme from Halifax for 2020.
The 22-year-old, who can also operate in the centres, has had two loan spells with the Hornets over the past two years, making 15 appearances in total.
He also made his Halifax debut in 2019, starting in the second row for ‘Fax’s 1895 Cup loss to Sheffield in June.

On the move, he told the Hornets’ website: “I’m excited for a new challenge and looking forward to getting started and getting regular game time with a new club.”
Syme is Rochdale’s first new signing for next season.
