Tomkins announces shock retirement

Sam Tomkins is one of the best British players of the past 15 years however he has now called time on his career, announcing he will retire at the end of 2023. The England captain made the announcement on Sky Sports and went on to explain the reasons behind the surprise decision.

Leopards stun Saints

Leigh beat St Helens in a huge upset when they scored 20 unanswered points to defeat the four time consecutive champions. The highlight of the match came with the Zak Hardaker try to take the lead and let to jubilant celebrations after the game.

Salford Red Devils went to the MKM stadium and put on a show as they embarrassed Tony Smith’s Hull FC side. Salford’s spine tore FC apart and Michael Shenton has outlined the struggles Smith’s side could face in the immediate future.

Keighley Cougars earned promotion to the Championship in brilliant style as they won the 2022 League One title in invincible fashion. They’re clearly a club with aspirations but following the IMG proposals their owners have released a major statement.
