The Match Review Panel will meet on Saturday (April 16) to consider any incidents arising from the Round 8 fixtures in Betfred Super League, and again on Tuesday (April 19) to consider incidents from Round 9.
The RFL will publicise charges through digital channels in the usual way, on April 16 and 19 respectively.
However any charges incurred will not come into effect until Round 10, with no opportunity for players to appeal any charges at the Operational Rules Tribunal until Wednesday (April 20).
The deadline for submission of squads for the Round 9 Betfred Super League fixtures on Easter Monday will now be 9am on Easter Sunday – providing more time for clubs to assess players’ fitness following the Thursday and Friday fixtures.
The Match Review Panel will consider incidents from Betfred Championship and League One fixtures over the Easter weekend next Thursday (April 21) – as usual, any sanctions would be delayed until after the following round of fixtures on April 23-24, to allow players to appeal any charges at the ORT on Tuesday April 26.
