The RFL has referred allegations of “unacceptable language” for further investigation after an incident was placed on report in the match between London Broncos and Salford Red Devils.
It marks the second such case this year and the second to involve the side from the capital with Herman Ese’ese recently having all charges “unequivocally withdrawn” for the same allegation in a match against Super League’s bottom side.
Last week the RFL confirmed that the Hull FC forward wouldn’t face an Operational Rules Tribunal, despite having previously affirmed that he would do so after London provided evidence to support their player’s claim.
The Broncos have since said that they will be seeking legal advice regarding that case, but now they have another case of the same nature for which they have to provide evidence to back up Hakim Miloudi’s claim of ‘unacceptable language’ against Salford’s Matty Foster.
An alleged incident happened early in the second half with referee Liam Rush putting it on report.
Elsewhere, both Adam Keighran and Tyler Dupree were handed three-game bans and fined £250 for head contact and a head butt respectively. Both men are now set to miss the Challenge Cup Final on Saturday. The Match Review Panel’s full report can be found here.

At the time of the alleged incident, the game between London Broncos and Salford Red Devils was far closer than many expected with the deadlock not being broken until the 34th minute when Sam Stone crashed over.
With the score at just 6-0 and the ball in centre field, London’s centre Miloudi got up from the play the ball gesturing wildly before making his allegation to referee Liam Rush.
The Sky cameras could pick up what Miloudi said as he alleged that Matty Foster had called him a “French c**t”, something that Liam Rush quickly tried to prevent the Frenchman from repeating before assuring him of what would happen next.
Rush explained to Salford captain Kallum Watkins that he hadn’t heard anything as he tried to calm the situation down.
“There’s been an allegation of unacceptable language. It will go on report.
“I haven’t heard anything and neither has the touch judge so it will go on report.”
Speaking to the irate Miloudi, Rush said: “Hakim, listen, it will now be investigated. You need to keep your head.”
Salford would go on to run away with the game, leading 34-0 until the final seconds when Miloudi dived over in the corner to cap off an impressive performance from him, albeit one tarnished by the alleged comments made towards him.
The Frenchman boasted a stat line of 24 carries for 170 yards with a mammoth five offloads.
The case will now be investigated by the RFL upon London providing evidence given that neither Rush or his touch judge heard the alleged comments.
