RFL Match Review Panel charge four players

Luke Briscoe could be called into the Rhinos side.

Following Round 5 of the Super League and Qualifiers Super 8s, four players have been charged by the Match Review Panel.

Wakefield forward Dean Hadley is cited for Grade B Dangerous Contact during the game against St Helens but does have his Early Guilty Plea (EGP) available to use.

Featherstone winger Luke Briscoe (EGP not available) is charged with Grade B punching after coming together with Catalans Louis Anderson.

The Dragons forward has also been cited for the incident but only faces Grade A charge, with his EGP available.

From the same game, Featherstone’s Josh Walters (EGP available) is charged with Grade A other contrary behaviour, while his teammate Keal Carlile was cautioned for dangerous contact.
