According to Wide World of Sports, Melbourne Storm are eyeing Hull KR front-rower Robbie Mulhern for the 2021 NRL season.
The report states that multiple NRL clubs are vying for his signature, but the Storm are currently leading the way.
After struggling for opportunities with Leeds Rhinos, Mulhern joined the Robins in 2016 and has become the club’s best prop forward.
He made his senior England debut in 2018 and was part of the England Knights team that toured Papua New Guinea later that year.
The 25-year-old recently made his 100th Rovers’ appearance, but could be very tempted by a move down under should the opportunity present itself.
Recent seasons has seen a flurry of English talent test themselves in the NRL, and Mulhern could learn under one of rugby league’s best in Storm coach Craig Bellamy.
