Reports from Australia have claimed Penrith Panthers’ Peta Hiku has signed for Warrington Wolves.
The 7th Tackle say the utility back is expected to fly over from Australia on Saturday.
Hiku, a New Zealand international, should prove to be a good signing for the Halliwell Jones Stadium club with an x-factor style which will entertain fans who haven’t had much to cheer thus far.
The Wolves have struggled this season and are currently in the bottom four of Super League, facing the possibility of a place in the Qualifiers.
Tony Smith’s side take on Wigan Warriors on Saturday in the quarter-final of the Ladbrokes Challenge Cup.
Hiku will be eager to mark his debut season at the Wolves with securing top tier safety for the club while also making an appearance at Wembley.
