Reports: Five NRL transfer still set to happen including a potential move to Super League

Fox League in Australia has revealed five NRL transfer which could still happen ahead of 2023.

Penrith Panthers star and the man who broke English hearts in the Rugby League World Cup, Stephen Crichton is still being tipped to join the Canterbury Bulldogs.

Speaking of the Bulldogs, their recent interest in Melbourne Storm star and New Zealand World Cup star Nelson Asofa-Solomona has Fox League expecting him to make then switch to Belmore.

He was brilliant in the World Cup and devastated Leeds Rhinos at Headingley in the Kiwis’ warm up game going into the tournament.

Meanwhile, Parramatta Eels Grand Finalist is still expected to replace former Salford Red Devils and Wigan Warriors star Jackson Hastings as the Wests Tigers’ 13 under former Hull KR boss Tim Sheens.

The other two moves involve stars who could make the switch to Super League.

Both Marty Taupau and Josh Mansour are both without a club for 2023 and the CBA negotiations which leaves the salary cap uncertain and clubs unable to sign them with Parramatta Eels interested in Taupau and Sydney Roosters interested in Mansour.

Fox League is confident Mansour could make the move over to Super League whilst Taupau’s future is a little more unsure.
