Report: Australia international heading for Super League?
Shannon Boyd has been rumoured as a potential target for the Rhinos.
Australia and Gold Coast Titans prop Shannon Boyd could be set for a switch to Super League, according to the NRL Lurker.
New Titans boss Justin Holbrook is set to wield the axe on several players as he looks to revamp his squad, with Boyd likely to head the list.
The 27-year-old signed for the club on a huge deal from Canberra ahead of 2019 but failed to live up to his billing, managing just 13 underwhelming appearances.
He will now reportedly be offered to other clubs, but may struggle to find a deal in the NRL given his hefty contract.
A move to Super League may, therefore, serve as his best option, with the Titans also believed to be open to paying part of his salary.
