Radio broadcasters come to the rescue for St Helens and Hull KR after lack of Super League TV coverage

Whilst almost all Catalans Dragons games tend to be broadcast live on Sky Sports for UK viewers, the same cannot be said of Toulouse Olympique.

As they don’t have a broadcast deal to show their home games in the UK, away fans are usually found scratching around trying to find some kind of radio station or Twitter feed to follow the game.

However, with St Helens travelling to the south of France this Saturday evening, BBC Merseyside is expected to cover the game via online commentary in the usual place on BBC Sport Website and on the app.

Catalans’ home game against Hull KR tomorrow night will be broadcast on BeIN Sports in France, but BBC Radio Humberside will also be providing radio commentary for those Robins fans not making the trip.

The Dragons are in a tremendous run of form, winning their last four games to sit near the top of the table, whilst Hull KR have won just two out of a possible five.

Both sides are also coming into their fixture on the back of impressive wins, with the Dragons putting Wigan to the sword and the Robins overcoming Salford.
