Queensland Replaces Iconic XXXX Logo on Jersey for Rest of 2022 Origin Series

Queensland will have a new look for the remainder of this year’s State of Origin series.

The Maroons are frequently associated with XXXX beer, but the beer’s logo will be altered for games two and three.

The change may not affect the odds if you want to wager,  unlike when you bet on super bowl if there is a slight change in events.

Celebrating Pride of Queensland

In this State of Origin series, Queensland will feel even closer to the formidable Queensland Maroons thanks to XXXX, one of the state’s most recognizable brands and the Queensland Rugby League’s longest-standing partner.

At Games 2 and 3 of the 2022 Origin series, the XXXX logo will be prominently displayed on the sleeve of the Maroons jersey.

The postcodes of 18 Queensland communities will replace the renowned XXXX logo. When the Maroons are depleted, the players will proudly wear the postcodes of 18 communities.

The purpose of the swap is to demonstrate that true Queenslanders are patriotic, ardent football fans and get along well with one another.

From the players’ hometowns to their favorite teams, Game II will highlight important locations to them. When Game III of the series returns to Brisbane, 18 other Queensland towns’ postcodes will be added to the sleeves.

These towns were chosen because their residents best exemplify the Queensland spirit of mateship and overcoming adversity.

“For 144 years, XXXX has been a proud Queenslander, and one of the things that makes the state great is its communities,” said XXXX brand director Chris Allan.

Allan stated, “On the field, the Maroons represent all regions, and we wanted to reflect that in the Origin arena.”

“However you celebrate Origin this year, whether at home with friends or at the pub with an XXXX in hand, cheer on the Maroons and all the towns across Queensland that make us proud to be Queenslanders.”

“The jersey may contain an important zip code for you.”

On Sunday, June 26, when the Maroons play Perth, Kurt Capewell of Charleville will wear the number 4470 on his sleeve with pride.

Capewell stated that he and his family would cherish the opportunity to wear his hometown’s zip code on his jersey.

“I began playing rugby league in Charleville, so it’s an honor to play for the Maroons and wear the 4470 postcodes on my sleeve,” he explains, “said Capewell.

It’s a fantastic idea, and both the QRL and XXXX should be delighted. This is a wonderful way to recognize the communities that make this state great.”

Replacement of the Iconic XXXX Logo On Jersey

In actuality, XXXX has relinquished its coveted position on the Queensland Maroons’ jersey.

According to Selwyn Cobbo’s uncle, the renowned XXXX brand will not be featured on the sleeves of Queensland’s jersey for the upcoming State of Origin match against NSW.

The beer brand will be replaced on the sleeve with a postcode that identifies each player’s junior football club.

The postcodes of regional Queensland communities will replace the XXXX logo for Games 2 and 3 of the 2022 State of Origin series.

However, this is not the end of one of the longest-running sports partnerships in Australia.

This is done to make Queenslanders even more proud of their state.

Chris Allan, XXXX brand director, stated on the Queensland Rugby League website, “XXXX has been a proud Queenslander for 144 years, and its communities are one of the things that make it great.”

On the field, the Maroons represent all regions, and we wanted to ensure the Origin arena was aware of this.

“However you celebrate Origin this year, whether at home with friends or at the pub with an XXXX in hand, cheer on the Maroons and all the towns across Queensland that make us proud to be Queenslanders.”

Therefore, the well-known beer brand will continue its longstanding partnership with the Sunshine Coast rugby league representative team.

Many Maroons players, including Kurt Capewell, have agreed to wear the Queensland postcode of their hometown.

“I began playing rugby league in Charleville, so it’s a great honor to play for the Maroons and wear the 4470 postcode,” said Capewell.

It’s a fantastic idea, and both the QRL and XXXX should be delighted. This is a wonderful way to recognize the communities that make this state great.”

You will now enjoy rugby odds and super bowl lines as they begin to get better with the charged teams.
