Warrington Wolves Head Coach Steve Price is hoping his side can right the wrongs against Toronto Wolfpack on Friday.

The Wolves are coming into the game off the back of an 18-8 defeat against Wakefield Trinity, a performance he labelled “unacceptable.”

But he is hoping they can get back on track against a Toronto side still looking for their first win of the season.

He said: ” Its very important we bounce back. What we dished up last week was unacceptable and not up to our standards.

“We have a really good opportunity on Friday to do more right than wrong. We’re looking forward to the challenge, theyre going to be really desperate to get their first win. They have a number of quality players.

“Any side coached by Brian McDermott play with a lot of grit, and play with a lot of second phase too, so we have to be on high alert.”
