Predicted Leeds Rhinos line-up v Warrington Wolves amid likely pack decision

Leeds Rhinos head coach Brad Arthur

Leeds Rhinos travel to Warrington Wolves tonight boosted by last weekend’s tough 12-10 defeat of Wigan Warriors.

For the first time this year, Rhinos got through that game with no new injury concerns and coach Brad Arthur has named an unchanged 21-man squad. Here’s how his side could line up.

Full-back: Lachie Miller

Has played every minute in the two games since his return from long-term injury.

Wing: Riley Lumb.

The 20-year-old has proved he is a Super League winger and deserves his place.

Centre: Harry Newman.

Will make his 100th Super League appearance.

Centre: Ash Handley

Set to play his 200th Super League game and maintain his ever-present record this year in his new role.

Wing: Ryan Hall.

The road to 550 career games begins here.

Stand-off: Brodie Croft

Barring injury, virtually guaranteed his place in the team.

Scrum-half: Jake Connor.

After last week – and as long as Miller is fit – the role is Connor’s to lose.

Prop: Mikolaj Oledzki

Had a big game last week and will want to back that up.

Hooker: Jarrod O’Connor.

If he stays fit, O’Connor should retain the role during Andy Ackers’ long-term injury layoff.

Prop: Cooper Jenkins

There’s a couple of options but it worked last week so the Aussie is likely to retain the starting front-row spot.

Second-row: James Bentley

Had a big game last week when his quick reactions set up the opening try.

Second-row: James McDonnell

Ever-present this year and that will continue.

Loose-forward: Keenan Palasia.

Playing with three ‘props’ is working, so why change?

Sub: Jack Sinfield

Might not get a lot of game time, but covers two positions and proved his worth against Wigan.

Sub: Sam Lisone

Didn’t play long, but had an impact in last week’s win.

Sub: Morgan Gannon

Has returned from injury in strong form.

Sub: Tom Holroyd

Returned well from a two-game layoff last week and will want to build a run of games in the final season of his current Leeds Rhinos contract.
