Wigan Warriors remain the favourites to claim the Super League title next year with Matt Peet’s side striving to seal Grand Final revenge.
The Warriors were beaten by Hull KR at Old Trafford in October, with the Robins sealing an historic treble following their Challenge Cup and League Leaders’ Shield successes earlier in the campaign. It meant that Wigan, having won the quadruple in 2024, ended the season empty handed.
The Warriors will be determined to get themselves back on top in 2026 then and the bookmakers are backing them to do that just that. With the fixtures released and pre-season underway, Betfred have Wigan at 2/1 for Grand Final success come October.
They narrowly edge out KR, who are at 9/4 with the same bookmakers. Going from the hunters to the hunted, Willie Peters’ biggest task yet could be helping Rovers maintain their spot on top, with more silverware undoubtedly the aim in east Hull.
The pair are the clear favourites to meet at Old Trafford once more, having played out the last two Grand Finals. And, it’s fair to say that there is a strong rivalry developing between the two clubs now.
Leeds Rhinos are third in the odds list at 11/2 for Grand Final success, with Brad Arthur looking to build on the steps he made as head coach at Headingley last year.
Paul Rowley’s St Helens are well fancied, too. They’re at 13/2 to win at Old Trafford with many expecting them to improve following the appointment of the former Salford Red Devils man
Leigh Leopards have made a habit of surpassing expectations in Super League and they’re fifth favourites for Grand Final success at 10/1.
Warrington Wolves are sixth, which puts them in the play-offs when considering the odds list as what is effectively a predicted table.
Hull FC are at 16/1 following yet another big recruitment drive in East Yorkshire. Catalans Dragons (25/1) and Wakefield Trinity (40/1) have been handed long odds, while all three promoted clubs have odds of around 200/1 to complete the unthinkable and win the competition in their first season.

I assume the odds are taking into account that it will be Warrington’s year (again).
Seriously, looking at Warrington’s performances last year, and factoring in no George Williams, how do they come out with 6th best odds?
Looks a bit like a weather forecast prediction. Taking into account the last five seasons, here are the odds.
