Ottawa name second signing

Ottawa have named Halifax halfback Tom Gilmore as their second signing.

Gilmore joins Louis Jouffret as the first signings for new Head Coach Laurent Frayssinous.

The young halfback came through the academy at Widnes Vikings, before leaving the club at the end of 2019 following their financial difficulties.

He made two appearances for Halifax before the cancellation of the season.
